The vacuum loader is composed of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, stainless steel
suction nozzle, conveying steel wire flexible hose, PE filter device air compressor
back-blowing air bag, pneumatic loading door equipment, and automatic control
equipment for vacuum hopper material level. These components work together to
achieve working principle, such as the vacuum pump or Roots blower drawing air to
create a negative pressure environment, the suction nozzle inhaling the material, and
the filter achieving gas-material separation.
