Bucket elevator is a widely used conveying equipment, can effectively lift the material from the low to the high.Bucket elevator consists of the shell, traction parts (conveyor chain), hopper, driving wheel (head wheel), steering wheel (tail wheel), tensioning device, guide device, feeding port and discharge port. Bucket elevator is the use of a series of hopper uniformly fixed on the unended traction member, vertical lifting material continuous conveyor machinery, bucket elevator using a series of hopper fixed on the traction chain or tape in the vertical or close to the vertical direction of upward transport of bulk material,divided into ring chain, plate chain and belt three types.
The hopper scoops the material from the storage below, with the conveyor belt or chain lifted to the top, around the jacking wheel after turning down, the bucket elevator will dump the material into the receiving slot. Belt drive bucket elevator transmission belt generally uses rubber belt, installed in the lower or upper transmission drum and the upper and lower reversing drum. Chain drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on or below a pair of drive sprocket, below or above is a pair of sprocket. Bucket elevator is generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust in the bucket elevator.
